国外牛人自制小型F-16与涡喷 惊动荷兰空军

这位荷兰的大哥名叫Gerald Rutten,是一名资深的航空模型爱好者,同时也是一名飞行员。从二十年前开始他就徒手制造各种航模,这些模
型并不是静态展示的,而是真正能够飞的。后来他觉得不爽,就开始自己设计制造小型的涡喷发动机,用于给那些航模提供动力。
他花了几年的功夫硬生生地从零开始造出了一架1比5比例的F-16战斗机,还包括一台涡喷发动机,下面我来看看这位大哥超强的制造过程。
一、测量外形数据
虽然网络上充斥着各种关于F-16的尺寸数据,但是Rutten还是觉得不可靠。Rutten大哥有位在荷兰空军的好朋友,所以就获得了些小福利,能
够亲身测量F-16的各种外形数据。

二、开模,制造外壳
有了这么多外形数据后,Rutten决定要用复合碳纤维做整机的外壳,于是就自己牛逼地开模,然后做壳。

四、起落架

起落架的复杂程度超乎了我们的想象,Rutten大哥从网上买来了图纸,自制了CAD模型,然后用车床一点点地车出了整个起落架。同时设计制造了起落架的收放控制系统。

六、座舱

Rutten大哥制作的座舱不单单是个模型,还制作了两块显示屏……同时还录入了一段真实的座舱提示音。撸主已经跪了。

七、发动机
这个绝对是牛逼中的战斗机了。Rutten大哥自己设计了一个小型的涡喷发动机,然后用车床手工打造,推力将近20kg。撸主看到这里,其实已经跪得起不来了,虽然学了那么多年发动机,但从来没有自己动手制造过,只能说自愧不如。

八、油箱
整机的油箱当然没法和F-16保持一模一样,于是Rutten大哥便自行设计了两个内置碳纤维油箱,并徒手开模制造了出来。

九、喷口

发动机测试完毕,油箱安装好,接下来就是做喷口了。

十、后加力燃烧室
喷口搞定了之后其实还没完,因为F-16是有后加力燃烧室的,而这台自制的涡喷发动机没有这个功能。为了模拟后加力燃烧室,Rutten大哥在喷口内壁做了两圈LED灯。只要一加推力,这两圈LED灯便自动亮起。乍一看真的和加力燃烧室特别的像。http://img1.gtimg.com/news/pics/hv1/54/65/1947/126620304.jpg
